Our massage therapists have received specialized training to address trauma following a car accident. Perhaps the most common injury that a massage therapist will see after a car accident is whiplash in your neck, pain from the impact on your shoulders & hands from gripping the wheel, or in your leg or hip from hard braking are few of the common injuries that might result from a car accident.
Dry Needling
Dry needling helps address your trigger points. A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. myofascial trigger points (MTrP) which are hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with a hypersensitive palpable nodule in a taut band. Trigger point dry needling can be very beneficial prior to a deep tissue or sports recovery massage. The cost is only $129 for the 1st region and $69 for each additional region of treatment.

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
